Homework
Homework reinforces what is learned daily at school and instills good work
habits. Assignments are generally practice of what was learned in class.
Children should work on written homework for no more than 40 minutes each night, Monday through Thursday. They should also read for 20 minutes each night.
We do not normally have homework on weekends, unless a long term project is assigned.
If you feel that your child is spending too much or too little time on their assignments, please let us know so we can work with your child toward a solution.
